Whisky And Maple Glazed Salmon

Ingredients

    Salmon Fillets
  • 3
    tbsp
    Scotch Whiskey
  • 3
    tbsp
    Maple Syrup
  • 1
    clove(s)
    Garlic
    peeled and crushed.
  • 1
    tbsp
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  • 1 Combine all ingredients and refrigerate, covered for two to four hours.
  • 2 Remove fish from fridge thirty minutes before cooking.
  • 3 Place fish skin side down on char grill, turning once and leaving the centre very pink.
  • 4 Place fish on a plate and cover loosely with foil, allowing to rest for five to ten minutes.
