The 'New' Fillet Mignon

- 1clove(s)Garliccut in half
- 1splashBalsamic Vinegaruse good quality vinegar
Directions
- 1 Wrap a slice of prosciutto around each piece of steak and secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- 2 Rub each end of the steaks with the cut garlic, then brush with olive oil and season with black pepper.
- 3 Cook over a medium high heat to your taste.
- 4 Allow to rest for a couple of minutes and add a few drops of olive oil and balsamic to each.
