What needs to be said? It's Sunday morning, you don't feel too crash-hot and you need to get some meat into your system. Put on the sunnies, fire up the barbie and treat yourself to an Aussie institution.

    Beef Mince
    thin, good quality

    rasher(s)
    Bacon
  • 1
    whole
    Tomato
    large, ripe
  • 3

    Egg
    large, organic or free range
  • 4
    tbsp
    Cream
  • 25
    g
    Butter
  • 2
    slice(s)
    White Bread
    toasted and buttered

Directions

  • 1 Grill or fry sausage, bacon and tomato and have your bread in the toaster ready to go when you start your eggs, or you could do them on the char grill.
  • 2 Beat the eggs with two tablespoons of cream and salt and pepper to taste.
  • 3 In a non stick pan or wok over your wok burner, melt the butter and add two tablespoons of cream and pour in the egg mixture, cooking over a medium heat and stirring constantly.
  • 4 Don't overcook and spoon over thick slices of multigrain or sourdough toast, with the banger, bacon and tomato and a fresh orange juice or hair of the dog if you're that desperate.
