This is one of children’s favourite dishes at Japanese restaurants, especially when it has too much sugar. You can use thinly sliced beef and cook this as a stir fry or use 1cm thick pieces of fillet and pan fry them. Let’s keep the sugar level at reasonable so it isn’t the dominant flavour.
