Moroccan Lamb Chops

Ingredients

    Lamb Chump Chops
  • 8
    whole
    Loin Chops
  • 2
    tbsp
    Moroccan Seasoning
  • 1
    tsp
    Sea Salt
  • 4
    tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 2
    tbsp
    Lemon Juice
  • 2
    tbsp
    Flat Leaf Parsley
    finely chopped

Directions

  • 1 Simply mix all the ingredients in a shallow non metallic dish, or be lazy and squish everything around in the plastic bag the lamb came in.
  • 2 Refrigerate for two hours or all day and bring back to room temperature before cooking on the flat grill first, then finishing on the char grill to drain away any excess fat.
  • 3 Serve with lemon wedges.
