Grilled Sirloins With Argentinean Chimichurri Sauce

- 4wholeSirloin Steaks3cm thick
- 1bunch(es)Fresh Flat-leaf Parsleychopped
- 8clove(s)Garlicpeeled and chopped
- 1tbspFresh Oreganochopped
- 1cup(s)Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 0cup(s)Red Wine Vinegar
- 2tbspLemon Juice
- 1tspSea Salt
- 1tspBlack Pepper
- 1tspChilli Flakesoptional
Directions
- 1 Bring the steaks back to room temperature and brush with a little olive oil then season well with sea salt and black pepper.
- 2 Cook the steaks on a hot char or flat grill for a few minutes each side, turning only once.
- 3 Then rest on a plate covered with a clean tea towel or loosely with foil for five minutes.
- 4 To make the sauce simply place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until completely combined.
