Fresh Herb Chicken Thighs

Chicken can be a bit bland and can dry out on a barbecue, so try thighs instead of breasts and add some interest with this quick marinade.

Ingredients

    whole
    Chicken Thighs
    boneless, excess fat removed
  • 6
    tbsp
    Olive Oil
  • 1
    tbsp
    Lemon Juice
    fresh
  • 2
    clove(s)
    Garlic
    peeled and crushed or sliced
  • 1
    tsp
    Black Pepper
    freshly ground
  • 1
    tsp
    Nutmeg
  • 1
    tbsp
    Fresh Thyme
  • 1
    tbsp
    Fresh Parsley
  • 1
    tbsp
    Fresh Rosemary

Directions

  • 1 Combine all ingredients in a ceramic bowl or plastic bag and marinate for two hours in the fridge.
  • 2 Return to room temperature and char grill for a few minutes each side until the juices run clear.
  • 3 Serve with lemon wedges.
