Fifteen Minute Baked Beans

- 1tbspOlive Oil
- 1clove(s)Garliclarge, peeled and crushed
- 1wholeRed Onionsmall/medium peeled and finely diced
- 1cup(s)Leg Hamdiced
- 1can(s)Italian Canned Diced Tomatoes
- 1cup(s)Tomato Sauce
- 1tbspDry Mustard
- 2tbspWorcestershire Sauce
- 0cup(s)Cider Vinegar
- 1tspCelery Salt
- 0tspCayenne Pepper
- 1tbspFresh Parsleyfinely chopped
- 2can(s)Italian Cennelini Beansgood quality, drained and very gently rinsed
Directions
- 1 In a large frying pan cook the garlic, onion and ham without colouring the vegetables.
- 2 Add all other ingredients except the beans and simmer for five minutes.
- 3 Add the beans and stir gently for five more minutes.
- 4 Serve with sourdough toast.
