More and more people are using their barbecues for smelly, messy dishes like this and sparing their kitchens the suffering. You can peel the prawns completely, but half the fun with chilli prawns or crab is licking the fabulous juices off our fingers. Jump in the pool afterwards to clean up. It's a man's divine right to make a pig of himself when attacking chilli shellfish.
