Ingredients
 
2Cup(s)Long grain rice cooked in lots of boiling water, then drained and cooled  
1/2Cup(s)Prawns small or large, cooked & chopped  
1Piece(s)Char Siu (Chinese roast pork), finely chopped  
2WholeSpring onion(s) finely sliced 
2WholeEgg beaten and fried in a little oil to make an omelette, then finely diced  
1TbspLight Soy Sauce  
2TbspMirin  
2TbspPeanut Oil  
1TspSesame Oil  
1Cup(s)Fresh Coriander  


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and serve slightly chilled.
