Fresh herb chicken thighs

Chicken can be a bit bland and can dry out on a barbecue, so try thighs instead of breasts and add some interest with this quick marinade.

Ingredients
 
8WholeChicken Thighs boneless, excess fat removed 

Marinade
6TbspOlive Oil  
1TbspLemon Juice fresh 
2Clove(s)Garlic peeled and crushed or sliced 
1/2TspBlack pepper freshly ground 
1/2TspNutmeg  
1TbspFresh Thyme  
1TbspFresh Parsley  
1TbspFresh Rosemary  


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a ceramic bowl or plastic bag and marinate for two hours in the fridge.

Return to room temperature and char grill for a few minutes each side until the juices run clear.

Serve with lemon wedges.
