Cut into 1cm square pieces

Small onion, peeled and finely sliced

Very finely sliced

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Sea Salt
Directions
Mix the chicken with all other ingredients and marinate for 2 - 12 hours.
Thread chicken onto skewers and cook on a hot char or flat grill until opaque.
Mix the olive oil, lime juice, Tabasco and salt and pepper in a salad bowl. Add capsicum, celery, onion and chilli and mix well to coat.
Serve 2 skewers each with a generous spoonful of salad.
