Aussiebarbie.com.au wants Australia to barbecue better. So we are running barbecue cooking classes in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane (more venues later) in backyards, where the Barbie belongs.
Book a class for a dozen people for $600. This includes your food, giveaways like MasterFoods barbecue products, caps and posters, plus aussiebarbie.com.au brings the Sunbeam barbecue, the Swap’n’Go gas bottle and plastic plates and we take the mess away with us. Our teachers are all good blokes and well qualified.  Frank Fazio in Melbourne is an experienced caterer with a passion for the barbecue. He can also talk the leg off an iron pot. Andre Laudams is a chef living in Sydney’s hills district who balances his professional cooking with a young family and barbecue classes. Mark Maric has cooked in top American restaurants as well as Rockpool and currently the chef at Brisbane’s award winning Lure restaurant at the Coro.
